AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

    You are able to exchange for a different size or color. If you wish to exchange for a different style, please return the original item and create a new order for the new item.

    HOW DO I MAKE A GIFT RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

      To start a return or exchange, you may contact us at service@jw-bell.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 10 Brook Street, Suite 247, Asheville, NC 28803 Attention: Customer Service. You will need your order number and shipping zip code to start the return or exchange process. Please visit our Return Policy page for more information. 

      IF I MAKE A GIFT RETURN OR EXCHANGE, WILL THE PERSON WHO SENT THE GIFT BE NOTIFIED?

      No, the person who sent the gift will not be notified. You will be prompted to enter your email address during the gift return/exchange process and will receive all future correspondence and merchandise credit.

      CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AT A JW BELL STORE?

      Yes, you can return your item at any JW Bell store

      WHERE DO I DROP OFF MY RETURN PACKAGE?

      You may drop off your return package at the corresponding carriers drop-off locations. 

      HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

        You will receive a refund 2-3 business days after we receive your return shipment. It may take an additional 3 business days for your bank to post your refund.
